1. [New Student][School Resumption] Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry (Online Submission)

   1. Document Required:
      1. Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書（陸生就學專用）
      2. Save in Word or ODF format.
      3. Valid Photo softcopy (JPEG): White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
      4. Softcopy of Mainland China ID card: Front and Back, JPEG, on the same page
      5. Letter of Attorney 委託書（陸生就學專用）: Print out, Personal Signature and Scan to JPEG
      6. Processing Fee: NTD 600.00 (Payment to OMCSAD upon arriving NCKU)
   2. The Validity of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry is about 3 months, NO extension is allow within 2 month after enter Taiwan. Please remember to apply for Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Multiple Entry to avoid expiration of single entry permit.

 

2. [New Students][School Resumption] Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry to Multiple Entry Application

   1. Documents Required:
      1. Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書（陸生就學專用）
      2. Attach with valid photo: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
      3. Verification of Student Status (Apply at Registrar’ Division)
      4. Photocopy of Pass Mainland People to Taiwan （大陸居民往來台灣通行證）(original is required for verification)
      5. Valid Health Examination Report ( Waived for School Resumption student)
      6. Submission of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry
      7. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party):

l  Authorized to OMCSAD 委託書（陸生就學專用）

l  Authorized to third party 委託書

8. Processing Fee: NTD 1,000.00 (cash)
9. OMCSAD will carry out Group Application for New Students during registration, please submit all the required documents upon registration. Group Application has a longer processing time, retrieval can only be done at mid-October and Personal Retrieval is not allow. For those who require Permit earlier and Personal retrieval, Self-Application at Immigration Agency First service station (processing time: 5 working days) is strongly recommended.
10. For School resumption students, please carry out the application by oneself or authorizes to third party.
11. Validity of permit is 2 years, please renew(extend) your permit 3 months before expiry.

 

3.  [Current Students] Application of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Multiple Entry

   1. Documents Required:
      1. Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書（陸生就學專用）
      2. Attach with valid photo: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
      3. Verification of Student Status (Apply at Registrar’ Division)
      4. Photocopy of Pass Mainland People to Taiwan （大陸居民往來台灣通行證）(original is required for verification)
      5. Submission of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry
      6. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party):

l  Authorized to third party 委託書

7. Processing Fee: NTD 1,000.00 (cash)
8. Please carry out the application by oneself or authorizes to third party at Immigration Agency First service station (processing time: 5 working days).

 

4. [Current Students] Renewal and Extension of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Multiple Entry

   1. Documents Required:

                          i. Complete the Application Form of Extension/ Entry Permit Addition/ Replacement of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit 入出境許可證延期/加簽/換證申請書

2. Valid Photo is required for Replacement of Permit: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
3. Verification of Student Status (Apply at Registrar’ Division)
4. Photocopy of Pass Mainland People to Taiwan （大陸居民往來台灣通行證）(original is required for verification)
5. Submission of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit
6. Processing Fee: NTD 300.00
7. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party):

5. [Current Students] Entry Permit Addition for Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit- Single Entry

   1. Documents Required:

                        i. Complete the Application Form of Extension/ Entry Permit Addition/ Replacement of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit 入出境許可證延期/加簽/換證申請書

2. Photocopy of Pass Mainland People to Taiwan （大陸居民往來台灣通行證）(original is required for verification)
3. Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit - Single Entry
4. Processing Fee: NTD 600.00 (Cash)
5. Parental Consent for Exit 出境同意書
6. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party):

l  Authorized to third party 委託書

2. Please carry out the application by oneself or authorizes to third party at Immigration Agency First service station (processing time: Right after application).

 

6. [Suspension/ Expulsion/ Withdrawal/ Graduation] Single Exit Permit 單次出境證

   1. Documents Required:
      1. Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書（陸生就學專用）
      2. Valid Photo: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
      3. Original Copy of Suspension Notice or Withdrawal Notice
      4. Submission of Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit
      5. Processing Fee: NTD 300.00
      6. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party):

l  Authorized to third party 委託書

2. Students under suspension/ withdrawal/ expulsion shall apply the Single Exit Permit within 10days from the date stated on the Official Notices
3. Students shall EXIT Taiwan within 10days from the day of permit issued.
4. Please carry out the application by oneself or authorizes to third party at Immigration Agency First service station (processing time: Right after application).

 

7. [Current Students Further Study in Taiwan]

   1. Status: Undergraduate to Postgraduate / Master degree to Doctorate Degree
   2. Students shall APPLY for a new Exit and Entry Permit; Old Permit is no longer valid.
   3. Documents Required:
      1. Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書（陸生就學專用）
      2. Valid Photo: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin
      3. Photocopy of Pass Mainland People to Taiwan （大陸居民往來台灣通行證）(original is required for verification)
      4. Submission of Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit

      6. Graduation Certificate
      7. Letter of Guarantee 保證書 (Issue from OMCSAD)

8. [Mainland Chinese Students] Loss or Damage Exit and Entry Permit

Parent Visit of Mainland Chinese Students - Exit and Entry to Taiwan

Important: Eligible Kinships please refer to Laws of National Immigration Agency

 

1. Coming with New Enrolled Mainland Chinese Students

Please refer to the New Students Parcel that we sent to proceeds with the Application of Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit. The New Students Parcel should including Admission Notice, Enrollment Notice and Guideline for Entry to Taiwan.

 

2. For Current Mainland Chinese Students

I.            Step 1: Notary Certificate of Kinship 親屬關係公證書.

Please head to the Notary Public Office of Mainland China 大陸公證處, apply for Notary Certificate of Kinship 親屬關係公證書.

Please remember to request to mail a copy of Notary Certificate to Straits Exchange Foundation, Taiwan海基會to proceed with the official verification of notary certificate in Taiwan. You may use the Documents Verification Application Progress Inquires System 民眾查詢文書驗證申辦進度系統 to check up if the copy has been received.

 

II.          Step 2: Verification of Notary Certificate of Kinship 親屬關係公證書

l  Counter Application

Head to the Straits Exchange Foundation海基會(Kaohsiung) for the Verification of Notary Certificate of Kinship. The process may take about 90mins. (Important Notices & Guidelines for Verification)

l  Mailing Submission

1. Application form of Document Verification (sample)
2. Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party)(sample)
3. Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit of Visitee
4. Original copy of Notary Certificate of Kinship (Make sure softcopy is received by Straits Exchange Foundation)
5. Processing Fee: NTD300.00 (cash)

III.        Step 3: Application of Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit for people of Mainland China (Parent Visiting)

l  Complete Application form of Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for People of Mainland China 大陸地區人民入出台灣地區申請書

l  Valid photo: White background, 3.2cm – 3.6cm from head to chin

l  Photocopy of Mainland China ID card (front & back)

l  Photocopy verified copy of Notary Certificate of Kinship (Original verified copy is required for application)

l  Photocopy of Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit of Visitee (Original Copy is required for verification)

l  Letter of Guarantee (Issue by OMCSAD, 1-2 working days) (sample)

l  Letter of Attorney (IF Authorization to Third Party)

l  Processing Fee: NTD600.00 (cash)

1. Please head to Immigration Agency First service station for application (processing time: 5 working days)
2. Permission to stay NOT more than 1 month (30days), extension of permit validity is NOT allowed.
3. Permit Application NOT more 2 times a year.
4. The Permit Restrictions is ignored if the visitee is admitted in to hospital due to major disease and injury. The Permit Application is NOT restricted and Extension of Permit is ALLOWED with 1 month (30days) per extension.
5. Notary Certificate of Kinship is an Official Legal Document that can be reuse. Renewal and Re-Application is not necessary.

 

 

Penalty Provision for Overstaying:

Penalty will be executed for overstaying (Penalty Information) and NCKU is NOT allowed to be authorized for future application (不予受理邀請單位旅行業 & 代申請人代申請大陸地區人民進入台灣地區期間處理原則). Please strictly follow all the rules and regulations to preserve your rights. Remember to renew or extend your permit before expiry.
