1. Please read the “National Cheng Kung University Regulations for Emergency and Condolence Allowances” thoroughly before sending in your application.

2. Download the “National Cheng Kung University Regulations for Emergency and Condolence Allowances” form, complete it, and submit the application form along with the necessary supporting documents to your department. Ensure it is reviewed and signed by your advisor and department chair.

3. After completing and stamping the application form, please submit it to Mr. Hsing (extension 50730)

Medical Subsidy Application (Student Assistance Division)

1. Please read the “NCKU Student Medical Subsidies” thoroughly before sending in your application.

2. Download the “NCKU Student Medical Subsidies” form, complete it, and submit the application form along with the required supporting documents to Mr. Hsiao (extension 50345.)

Emergency Assistance (Overseas Students and Scholars Services)

1. Please read the “Guideline of Emergency Allowance” thoroughly before sending in your application.

2. Download and print the “Emergency Relief Fund Application Form for Overseas Students,” complete it, and and have it reviewed, signed, or stamped by your department before submitting it to the OSSS office as your final step.

3. After completing and stamping the application form, please submit it to Ms. Chen (OSSS office, Yun-Ping Building East Wing 1st floor)
