Enrollment / Registration

Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau students:

  1. Please go to the NCKU homepage/ Enrolled Students /Service For Incoming Students / Personal Data Registration to complete the "Basic Data Entry for new student" (print and submit to Registrar Division) and "Student personal Information record". For the first login, please use the last four digits of your student ID number and your birth date (MMDD) as the default password (total of 8 digits). After logging in, please change the identification field to your National ID Number, Unified ID Number (ARC), or passport number, as applicable.

  2. Enrollment notice: Please bring“Overseas Student Enrollment Procedure Sheet”during enrollment process. After completing all required steps, submit the completed form together with the health examination receipt to the Registrar Division in order to receive your student ID card.

  3. Enrollment/Tuition fees/Course enrollment: Announcement in the Registrar Division / NCKU Course Information & Enrollment. 

  4. Course enrollment:  Please see the notice by the Registrar Division for more specific details and important announcements.

  5. Previous academic graduation certificate (both original and photocopy) is required for enrollment. The graduation certificate should be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or associations approved by the Overseas Community Affairs Council. For those who studied in Hong Kong or Macau, graduation certificates should be certified by Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO). For those who studied in the mainland area, the graduation certificate should be certified by the Notary Public Office in the mainland area. Applicants with other equivalent academic qualifications (including Year 5) need to submit Certificate of Study and High School Academic Transcript (Certification required as mentioned above).

  6. Any applications for course credits waiver shall be processed and reported to own department within the first week of the semester.

  7. Please contact the respective department for any questions about courses.

  8. Neither admission letter from“University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students”nor admission letter from“NCKU individual enrollment”will be reissued, please keep your admission letter properly.

  9. Please kindly refer to 2026 NCKU Academic calendar for important dates.

 

 

International Student

  1.
