After filling out the online application form, a set of exclusivd account number (and the amount inquired) will be generated and provided to each individaul applicant. Each account number is designated to students is UNIQUE. Please do not share accounts from different semesters. No refund will be given if students use a wrong account. is Applicants can go to any bank or post office to make the payment by wire transfer directly or via ATMs in Taiwan. Please enclose a copy of the transaction receipt through the application system. CASH or CHECKS are not accepted.

3. ATM transfer

(1) Please choose an ATM with "Inter‐bank transfer"
(2) Insert your bank card and enter your PIN
(3) Press "Transfer" button：non-predesignated account
(4) Enter E.Sunbank code：808
(5) Enter "Account Number"：an individual account number will be generated by the system
(6) Enter "transfer amount"
(7) Double check all the details, then press "Confirm"button to accomplish transaction, and do not forget to take and upload the receipt with PDF froamt to the system.

Any transaction fees charged by the bank to facilitate the Telegraphic Transfer must be paid by the applicant. CASH or CHECKS are not accepted.

-     After the payment is completed, no refund will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to the withdrawal of application, failure to meet requirements, mistake in the payment and/or double payment.

-     Applications with unpaid application fees will not be processed.
