National Cheng Kung University create a diversified and win-win platform for talent cultivation through industry-academia collaboration - NCKU-Butterfly Program functions as a strong support of international industry, by working hand-in-hand with the industry to cultivate more international talents. The strategy is to attract south east Asia international industry with Higher Education of Butterfly program, with the concept of 1+1 greater than 2, through the connection with the industry, government and academia to build a talent circulation mechanism, implement the research capabilities in development of creative industries.
