1. Please read the regulations before you submit your application.
2. Application Deadline:

The application shall be submitted 1 month prior to the departure date.

3. Required Documents:

1. Application form.
2. Chinese transcripts from all previous years; undergraduate students must include class ranking.
3. Certificates of foreign language results (students traveling to mainland China are not required to submit these).
4. Service plan, which includes explanation details such as introduction, service purpose, service country or region, service period and items, and implementation.
5. Letter of consent from the service organization.
6. Certificates demonstrating participation in domestic and foreign volunteer service-learning (students who have not participated in such activities are not required to submit these).
7. Overseas insurance certificate.

4. Application Procedure:

Upload the application documents online (google account required).

5. Important Notes for Applicants:

1. Priorities would be given to applications recognized by domestic/foreign governments or International nonprofit organizations.
