As the MOE Grants for University Students Pursuing Overseas Study or Internship Program (the “Hsueh-Hai Program”) requires applicants to hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality and maintain household registration in Taiwan at the time of application, and is not open to students enrolled in in-service programs (either domestic or overseas), detailed application information will not be provided on the English website.
