I. Schedule of implementation of the plan: from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012

II. Internship quota: up to 10 people per year

III. Participation Qualifications:

1. International degree applicants (excluding China, Hong Kong and Macau) who have obtained admission qualifications for the fall or spring classes of our school.

2. International (except China, Hong Kong and Macau) degree students who have completed the registration.

IV. Selection method:

1. International (except China, Hong Kong and Macau) degree applicants:

(1) Apply to the company when China Leasing Dihe announces the internship opportunity of the year.
(2) At the end of April and the end of October each year, China Rental Dihe provides the list of applicants for this program to the school.
(3) After the announcement of the admission list for the fall or spring classes, the school will provide Sino-Rent and the list of degree applicants for selection reference.
(4) China Rental Dihe shall complete the review work within one month after obtaining the list of applicants, and announce the list of intern students admitted to the program.

2. On-campus international degree students who have completed registration:

(1) Apply to the company when China Leasing Dihe announces the internship opportunity of the year.
(2) Those whose grades meet the requirements of the National Cheng Kung University Outstanding International Student Scholarship can apply for this program.
(3) At the end of April and the end of October every year, China Rental Dihe provides the list of applicants for this program to the school.
(4) At the end of May and the end of November, the school will provide the list of registered degree students completed by Sinolease Dihe as a reference for selection.
(5) China Rental Dihe must complete the review work within one month after obtaining the list, and announce the list of intern students admitted to the program.

V. The rights of the intern students admitted to this program:

1. International degree applicants

(1) China Rental Dihe shall bear the expenses related to the necessary documents for the student to apply for admission to our school, such as: medical examination fees, notarization fees for academic certification, notarization fees for no criminal record, etc.
(2) China Rental Dihe must provide the student with the cost of a one-way economy class air ticket for the student to study in this school.
(3) The student must fulfill the internship plan of China Rental Dihe, and China Rental Dihe must bear the cost of a round-trip economy class air ticket to and from Taiwan during the student's internship.
(4) Salary: According to the local government regulations, it is calculated on an hourly or monthly basis.
(5) All fees should be paid directly to the intern student by Sinolease Dihe by way of transfer and deposit in a financial institution.

2. International degree students who have completed registration:

(1) The student will be granted an internship at China Rental during the period of returning home.
(2) China Rental Dihe shall bear the cost of one round-trip economy class air ticket to Taiwan for the student returning to his hometown for internship.
(3) Salary: According to the local government regulations, it is calculated on an hourly or monthly basis.
(4) All fees shall be paid directly to the intern students by Sinolease Dihe by way of transfer and deposit of financial institutions.
