Position 1 - Test Engineer
[Job Description]
- Develop and maintain test procedures to ensure product quality, including tests for programming and debugging, and verify test programs before implementation.
- Collect and analyze data from production and quality, investigating root causes of issues.
- Provide guidance and training to junior test engineers and technicians.
- Install and maintain test servers and network settings, and provide support and training to the production team.
- Prepare analysis reports, maintain and calibrate test equipment, track issue logs, and assist with other necessary tasks within the company as instructed by superiors and management.

Position 2 - Test Technician
[Job Description]
- Monitor the test process and provide initial assessments of failures during testing.
- Collaborate with Test Engineers to resolve firmware and test-related issues.
- Conduct detailed analysis of hardware failures and prepare descriptions for Repair Technicians.
- Maintain, modify, and calibrate test equipment for production and quality departments.
- Ensure efficient testing output, take preventive measures to prevent delays, and follow instructions from superiors and management. Occasionally assist with other necessary tasks within the company as instructed.
