1. Purpose: To help Vietnamese students understand Taiwan's living and cultural environment before their departure, and to familiarize them with necessary preparation items, flight booking, and boarding procedures, the Education Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam (TECO in Vietnam) will hold two pre-departure online briefings. The sessions will take place on the afternoon of July 28 and the morning of August 5 this year (2026), and will be conducted entirely in Vietnamese.

2. Eligible Participants: Limited to Vietnamese freshmen (undergraduate students and above) and Huayu (Mandarin) enrichment scholarship/language students themselves.

3. Registration: Online registration is required. Each person is limited to registering for one session only. Each session has a capacity of 90 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until full.
