補助對象 Subsidies recipients

凡本校具正式學籍，屬於低收入戶，經濟上需要資助之清寒學生。但已領教育部補助款或政府機關臺灣獎學金者，不予補助。 NCKU students from low-income households who need financial assistance.  This rule, however, is not applicable to those who have received subsidies from the Ministry of Education or scholarships from the Taiwan government.

應出具僑委會核可開立清寒證明文件之單位、所在國政府單位或駐外單位所開立之中文或英文證明，開立日期以自申請日起一年以內為限。 A certificate of economically-disadvantaged status (in Chinese or English) issued by an agency approved by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan), a home-country government agency, or a diplomatic mission, valid for one year from the date of issuance.

申請資格 Application eligibility

• 大學部：前學期學業平均成績達 65 分以上An average academic grade of 65 or above for the previous semester is required for undergraduate students.
• 研究所：前學期學業平均成績達 75 分以上An average academic grade of 75 or above for the previous semester is required for graduate students.
• 操行成績達 80 分以上 A grade of 80 or above for conduct is required for all applicants.
• 新生不受上述限制，依 Google Form 說明上傳指定文件 New students are not subject to the above requirements and should upload the required documents as specified in the Google Form.

補助金額 Amount of subsidies

每學期每名新臺幣 18,000 元整 NT$18,000 each semester for each recipient

申請所需文件 Required documents

• 居留證 / 國民身分證 ARC / Taiwan National ID card
• 郵局存摺 Passbook of post office account
• 成績單（大一新生免繳） Transcript (Freshman no need to submit)
• 清寒證明（僑委會核可單位、所在國政府或駐外單位開立之中文或英文證明，開立日期一年內有效） A certificate of economically-disadvantaged status (in Chinese or English) issued from an agency approved by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan), a home-country government agency, or a diplomatic mission, valid within one year from issuance
