Eligibility:

Master's and PhD students enrolled in the spring semester who are not receiving any other government scholarships.

Required Documents:

• Copy of the front and back of a valid ARC
• The cover of the post office passbook
• 114-2 certificate of enrollment or proof of enrollment fee payment
• Transcripts for the past two semesters
• Recommendation letter from the advisor (Mandatory for PhD students; Master's students must submit if they meet the following conditions.)
  • Those who have completed the minimum course credits required for graduation must submit a recommendation letter from their advisor along with their thesis/dissertation proposal, while those who did not earn enough credits last year are also required to provide an advisor's recommendation letter.
• Review materials required by the respective department
