【Seminar】Career Development in Taiwan under the Gold Card Program

Launched in 2018, the Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a 4-in-1 card, that includes a resident visa, work permit, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), and re-entry permit, which allows you to leave and re-enter Taiwan multiple times over the course of 1-3 years. Applicants can apply online without sponsorship. Qualification is based on an assessment of your professional skills. You don’t need to have already secured a job in Taiwan. Doctorate students from the world’s top 500 universities are eligible to apply, and obtaining a Doctorate in Taiwan will help when applying for Permanent Residency.

Currently, Taiwan's high-tech industry is booming and has a high demand for foreign talent. Secure your future in Taiwan by learning the advantages of working here, how to protect your rights while building your career and navigating the job market, and how the Gold Card can help you achieve it all. Let Taiwan become the cornerstone of your career development!

This event at NCKU provides an opportunity for you to consider your career in Taiwan, whether if its in technology, economics, arts and culture or other distinctive successful career paths. In Taiwan, we are fostering next generation of talents to enjoy living and working on this progressive island.
