防範非洲豬瘟及其他動物傳染病入侵臺灣注意事項

Measures to Prevent African Swine Fever and Other Animal Diseases from Entering Taiwan

一、春節連假將至，違規攜帶動物檢疫物情況需特別注意  Increased Vigilance During the Lunar New Year Holiday

今年以來，國人返國時違規攜帶動物檢疫物案件多來自中國大陸、香港、越南、日本、澳門及新加坡。常見的違規輸入品包括：

As the Lunar New Year holiday approaches, cases of travelers violating animal quarantine regulations have been observed. Most cases involve individuals returning from mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Macau, and Singapore. Commonly confiscated items include:

• 肉鬆蛋捲 Pork floss egg rolls
• 火腿腸、香腸 Ham sausages and sausages
• 鳳爪、肉乾 Chicken feet and jerky
• 半熟蛋 Half-cooked eggs
• 雞、鴨、鵝肉製品 Poultry products (chicken, duck, goose)
• 含肉飛機餐 In-flight meals containing meat

二、請勿攜帶動植物檢疫物入境，並提醒親友勿郵寄豬肉產品至臺灣 Avoid Bringing Quarantine Items and Advise Others Not to Mail Restricted Goods to Taiwan

為避免罰款，入境時務必遵守檢疫規定，勿攜帶任何動植物檢疫物品。也請提醒海外親友切勿寄送豬肉產品或其他動物檢疫物到臺灣。

To avoid penalties, travelers must not bring any plant or animal quarantine items into Taiwan. Please also inform friends and family abroad not to send pork products or other restricted animal items by mail.

三、違規攜帶豬肉產品入境之罰則 Penalties for Violating Pork Product Import Restrictions

若自近三年內發生非洲豬瘟疫情的國家（地區）違規攜帶豬肉產品入境：

If travelers bring pork products from countries or regions where African swine fever outbreaks have occurred within the last three years:

1. 首次違規：裁罰新臺幣20萬元。
   First Offense: A fine of NT$200,000 will be imposed.
2. 再次違規：裁罰新臺幣100萬元。
   Repeat Offense: A fine of NT$1,000,000 will be imposed.
