Global Talent gathered at ASE Recruitment Orientation seeking career paths and internship opportunities.

The Office of International Affairs at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) hosted the ASE Recruitment Orientation on April 23, 2025, to support international students in exploring career opportunities in Taiwan. Held at Future Venue 3F, the event welcomed students from 11 countries, highlighting Taiwan’s appeal as a hub for global talent in the semiconductor industry.
The orientation began with opening remarks by Prof. Sun-Yuan Hsieh, Vice President for International Affairs, who emphasized the university’s dedication to student career development. Mr. Richmond Huang, Manager of ASE Group, delivered an insightful session introducing ASE’s position as the world’s No.1 in the OSAT industry, along with its recruitment plans, work environment, and development programs.

During the Q&A session, students actively engaged with ASE representatives, asking about career paths and internship opportunities. Participants came from diverse backgrounds, including Vietnam, Indonesia, India, France, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Somaliland, Paraguay, and more—showcasing NCKU’s vibrant international community.
