The Information Session attracted more than 350 students to participate.
On April 17–18, 2025, NCKU’s Division of Study Abroad hosted the Global Week—NCKU University-Level Outgoing Exchange Program Information Session for the 2026 Spring & Experience Sharing event, which attracted over 350 students. The event featured a program briefing and a student sharing session, showcasing NCKU’s commitment to international learning.
Mr. Tim Yang, Manager of the Division of Study Abroad, explained the application guidelines for the exchange program.
The April 17 session, led by staff members Mr. Tim Yang and Ms. Jennifer Chen, provided students with key details on the university-level exchange application process and available scholarship opportunities. Four key partner universities were also introduced—the University of Tsukuba, Japan; Université Grenoble Alpes, France; LMU Munich, Germany; and Purdue University, the United States of America. In addition, three returning students shared their overseas study experiences in Japan, Finland, and Singapore.
International exchange and return students shared their experiences; over 120 students participated in the event.
On April 18, four inbound students from South Korea, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Singapore introduced their home universities to NCKU students, while five returned students reflected on their academic and cultural experiences abroad. The dialogue fostered cultural exchange and offered practical insights into international mobility. The two-day event underscored NCKU’s vibrant global engagement and encouraged students to explore opportunities beyond borders.
