因應2025年3月28日緬甸強震造成多位同學家庭受災，若您因此面臨經濟困難或急難狀況，以下兩種急難救助金可視情況申請，請符合條件的同學儘早備妥文件申請：
In response to the Myanmar earthquake on March 28, 2025, which affected the families of several students, two types of emergency relief grants are available for eligible students facing financial hardship. Please prepare and submit the required documents as soon as possible.

可申請的補助方案 Available Relief Grants：

一、僑務委員會「海外回國就學僑生醫療急難及喪葬慰問金」Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) "Granting Medical, Emergency, and Funeral Assistance for Overseas Compatriot Students Studying in Taiwan"

申請對象 Eligible Applicants：僑生 Overseas Chinese students

慰問金發給原則 Grant Guidelines:

• 同一原因之申請，每人限申請一次為原則 Each student can apply only once for the same cause.

• 若有特殊情況，僑務委員會得視個案調整 The OCAC may make case-by-case adjustments in special circumstances.

二、國立成功大學國際事務處「境外生急難救助金」NCKU Office of International Affairs " Emergency Allowance for International Students"

申請對象 Eligible Applicants：所有境外生All Oveaseas students（含僑生、外籍生 including overseas Chinese and foreign students）

申請所需文件Required Documents（依各補助方案擇一或同時準備 prepare according to one or both grants）：

• 申請書 Application form

• 郵局存摺封面影本Photocopy of the front page of your postal passbook

• 清寒證明 Low income certificate（如有 if available）

• 災害或家庭變故證明資料Proof of disaster or family emergency：

(i) 由當地政府或單位出具之遭受不可抗力事變或天然災害損失之證明文件 Official documents from local authorities certifying the damage caused by force majeure or natural disaster

(ii) 若為外文，請附中文翻譯（可自行翻譯）If in a foreign language, please attach a Chinese translation (self-translation is acceptable)

(iii) 如無正式文件，可改附房屋損毀或倒塌照片與切結書 If official documents are unavailable, provide photos of house damage or collapse and a written affidavit

申請期限 Application Deadline：

請於 114年5月9日（星期五） 前，將申請文件繳交至境外生與學人事務組 Submit all required documents to the Division of Overseas Students and Scholars Services by Friday, May 9, 2025
