為協助受嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情影響之僑(外)生在臺安心就學，財團法人教育部接受捐助獎學基金會(簡稱獎基會)接受民間捐款提供獎助學金。

一、申請時間：即日起至110年7月8日〈星期四〉12:00止。
Application deadline:12pm, Thursday, July 8th, 2021.

二、申請資格：
Qualifications:

（一）、在臺大專校院攻讀學位之僑(外)生，不含具學籍但於境外以遠距授課方式就讀之僑(外)生。
International degree students in Taiwan, not including those who do online studies outside of Taiwan.

（二）、就讀二年級以上者，其108學年之全學年學業成績平均及格（109學年度大一新生免附）。
Second-year students and seniors who have a term average of 60 or above.

（三）、於大專校院未受申誡以上之懲處。
Students who have never been given admonishment or more severe warnings.

（四）、曾於109學年度期間工讀之相關證明。
Relevant documents to prove applicants have worked part-time in the academic year 109.

（五）、109學年度期間已依其他規定領取政府提供之獎學金、學雜費補助、減免或助學金者，不得申領本獎助學金。
Students who have received government scholarship or tuition and miscellaneous expenses subsidy are not qualified for receiving this scholarhship.

（六）、109學年度期間已領取就讀學校核發之獎助學金者，不得申領本獎助學金。
Students who have received scholarships from the school are not qualified for receiving this scholarship.

（七）、近三個月（110年4月至6月）已領取校友會、同學會或其他民間團體相關捐款4,000元以上者不得申領本獎助學金。
Students who have received more than NT. 4,000 in the past three months from the Alumni Association or other private sectors are not qualified for receiving this scholarship.

三、申請方式：填妥附件檔案並備妥108學年之全學年成績單（109學年度大一新生免附）及109學年度工讀證明，一併寄至國際學生事務組楊小姐 9705006@gs.ncku.edu.tw。
Application: Please send the following documents to Ms. Maxine Yang of ISAD.transcript of academic year 108 and Relevant documents to prove applicants have worked part-time in the academic year 109 and fill out the attached file

四、獎助學金發放原則：
Rules:

（一）、名額：約240名。由教育部召開會議審查，並依捐款人指定以緬甸僑生為優先。
The number of recipients: About 240 people. The MOE has to form a committee to check the applications. Overseas students from Myanmar will be considered first according to the donors' will.

（二）、額度：每人定額一次核發新臺幣5,000元。
Amount: One awardee will receive NT. 5,000 once.
