Participants at the Spring Meet-up enjoyed a rewarding experience through engaging activities.
Office of International Affairs of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) hosted the spring meet-up with a relaxing lunch break for fellow exchange students on Monday, March 24, 2025. This special gathering brought together exchange students and Campuslinker volunteers for a fun and engaging lunchtime filled with cultural exchange and meaningful conversations. A total of 30 exchange students, 12 Campulinker volunteers, and 1 student from the IIPP program participated, creating a diverse and dynamic atmosphere.
The event kicked off with a lively icebreaker game designed to encourage interaction and build connections. Participants engaged in conversations with their peers to find the “right person” who matched various descriptions, such as “Ask someone from a different department to share a ‘survival tip’ for NCKU campus life.” As students collected signatures from one another, the room was filled with laughter and animated discussions, setting a warm and welcoming tone. These conversations naturally continued over lunch, giving participants the chance to bond through shared experiences.
Prof. Shu-Ying Wang, Director of Study Abroad Division, welcomed students to the gathering.

The Spring Meet-up provided a great opportunity for exchange students to integrate into NCKU’s vibrant community and for local volunteers to gain meaningful cross-cultural experiences. By the end of the event, new friendships had been formed, and the spirit of global exchange was truly celebrated.
