【NCKU recruits potential distinguished students in the University Exposition for Overseas Chinese Students】

The 112 academic year - University Exposition for Overseas Chinese Students was held in March.8, 2024 from 10 AM to 4 PM, it took place at the Gymnasium of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) on Linkou Campus. Graduates from NTNU Academy of Preparatory Programs who are interested in staying in Taiwan for further education came to this exposition to learn about the competitive edge of Taiwan’s higher education.

There were about 1,000 visitors came to the exposition and a total of 80 universities in Taiwan as exhibitors. Ranked among the top universities in Taiwan and around the world, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is invited to take part in the exposition. NCKU is renowned for world-class scholars, researchers, academic resources, also industry-academia collaboration in driving innovation and growth; with a history that dates back to 1931, NCKU has been dedicated to cultivating talents for over the past 92 years.

At this University Exposition for Overseas Chinese Students, we gave guidance to graduates from NTNU Academy of Preparatory Programs as they visited the NCKU booth for admission information and got to know the advantages of each college/department of ours. There were 4 NCKU students at our booth, who graduated from NTNU Academy of Preparatory Programs, to introduce NCKU, answer visiting students’ questions, and most importantly, share their valuable experience with these students, to simplify the application process to NCKU. Besides asking how to apply for NCKU’s Degree for Overseas Chinese Students, the visiting students also took the environment of NCKU into consideration. Located in the center of Tainan city, NCKU has a good public transport network, with great amenities.
