【NCKU BS–Purdue MS Dual Degree Program - AY2023 Fall Semester Review】
On January 5th, 2024, the last school day of the Fall semester, freshmen of the NCKU-Purdue Dual Degree Programs came to their final event of this semester— AY2023 Fall Review. This event concluded and summarized the challenging but fulfilling first semester of the Class of 2027. Freshmen were invited to share their thoughts about college life, and sophomores and juniors also joined the event to support them.

At the beginning of the event, Prof. Shen-Haw Ju (朱聖浩), Vice Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Hung-Yu Kao (高宏宇), Vice Dean of the College of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, and Prof. Shu-Jung Hu(胡書榕), Associate Vice President for International Affairs delivered their blessings and encouragement to all students. After that, the Rotating Chair of the Program for AY2023, Prof. Chien-Sheng Liu(劉建聖), summarized the activities that were held during this semester and explained the future plans of the program. It can be said that the freshmen spent a fruitful semester in NCKU when they laughed and clapped hands with joy, watching their highlight moments.

The representatives of the Class of 2027, Ms. Ella Wang from Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Wayne Chang from Electrical Engineering, and Mr. Bruce Tsai from Computer Science and Information Engineering shared their college life with the topic: My Extra-Curricular Activities in NCKU, My Favorite Class in NCKU, and My Weekend Activities in Tainan. Finally, the English lecturer of the program, Mr. Patrick Wyton, shared some remarkable achievements that the students had accomplished in the Advanced English Classes.
The AY2023 Fall Review wrapped up in a warm atmosphere. Students were excited to start their winter vacation but did not want to say goodbye to their classmates. They continued chatting and sharing their joy after the event.
