“Let’s go study abroad!” Great Hits in the Events of the Exchange Program Series of OIA

After the pandemic eased, students got more chances to start searching for various opportunities to go abroad and explore all kinds of possibilities in the world. In October 2023, the Division of Study Abroad, Office of International Affairs (OIA), NCKU, held a series of events related to studying abroad for NCKU students.

First came the information session of Temple University on Oct. 12. OIA invited Ms. Irene Tsai, the Managing Director of the Taiwan Representative Office of Temple University, to introduce the information on dual degree programs, exchange programs, and short-term courses at Temple University, US. Over 50 students joined, and many stayed for more consultation after the information session.

The representatives of 18 universities from 12 countries set up the booths and shared the culture of their universities, homelands, and their experiences of studying abroad through posters and slides. Over 100 NCKU students and overseas incoming exchange students joined the event and had lively communication.
