【成功大學 × 啟碁科技】成蝶啟飛人才培育獎學金 NCKU-WNC International Talent Cultivation Scholarship

啟碁科技 (WNC) 為鼓勵國際優秀學生於研究所進修、深耕研究，並及早培育台灣通訊產業潛在優秀人才，聯合成功大學 (NCKU) 特此設立「成蝶啟飛人才培育獎學金」！

To encourage outstanding International students to pursue undergraduate degrees, conduct their research at universities, and foster talent for the communications industry in Taiwan, WNC has collaborated with NCKU, establishing NCKU-WNC International Talent Scholarship.

【獎學金內容 | Scholarship Amount】自 115 學年度第一學期起，每月提供新台幣 12,500 元，至多補助兩年。

Starting from the fall semester of 2026, NT$12,500 per month with a maximum duration of two years.

【申請資格 | Eligibility】

1. 2025 年秋季、2026 年春季、2026 年秋季入學之本校境外碩士生

International students who started their enrollment from the fall semester of 2025, spring semester of 2026, or plan to enroll in the fall semester of 2026 in NCKU.

2. 電通、電機、資工、製造、材料、機械、工科、資管、工資管相關背景，或母語為西語之人才尤佳。

Candidates with backgrounds in communication, electrical, computer science and information, manufacturing, materials, mechanical, engineering, industrial and information management are preferred.

【實習與服務義務 | Rights & Obligations】

1. 實習機會 (Internship program)： 2026 年春季、秋季班入學者，需於 2027 暑假至公司全時實習（WNC 將支付實習薪資）。

2. 服務義務 (Service Obligation)： 獲獎者須於畢業後參與公司招募流程，若通過則入職服務。 領取一年者須至少服務一年，領取兩年者至少服務兩年。

Graduates who receive scholarships must participate in WNC's recruitment process. If they pass the interview, they are required to work at WNC for a minimum duration that corresponds to the length of the scholarship funding.
