Designed to foster cross-institutional networking and deepen cultural appreciation, the one-day excursion offered participants an immersive look into local Taiwanese craftsmanship. The itinerary began with an interactive visit to the Pin Huan Coffee Museum in Chiayi, where faculty members explored the history of coffee culture and mastered precision techniques in a hands-on, hand-drip brewing session. The journey continued to the Favorland Distillery in Yunlin, where participants took an exclusive guided tour to discover traditional brewing philosophy and to craft their own custom fruit-fermented products during an engaging hands-on workshop.
