On March 21, 2026, the Muslim Student Association of National Cheng Kung University (MSA NCKU) hosted an Eid al-Fitr celebration, marking the end of Ramadan with nearly 200 participants. The event featured a solemn prayer, followed by an international banquet, which successfully fostered solidarity and provided a sense of home for international students.

Chair Prof. Sun-Yuan Hsieh, Vice President for International Affairs, praised the students' self-discipline during Ramadan and reaffirmed NCKU’s commitment to an inclusive campus environment. The gathering also included essential legal and safety outreach through collaboration with the Labor Affairs Bureau of Tainan City Government, the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency, the Tainan City Police Department, and the Association of Taiwan People Social Welfare.
