National Cheng Kung University’s Office of International Affairs (OIA) held its 2025 Year-End Gathering Party on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Future Venue 2F, bringing together 25 faculty and staff members to reflect on the year and strengthen collaboration across units.

The event created a warm setting for participants to gather and reconnect. Associate Vice President for International Affairs, Associate Professor Wei-Shiun Chang, delivered the opening remarks, expressing his appreciation for colleagues’ continued support of OIA’s scholar services. He also presented the Year-End Report, which highlighted key milestones, new initiatives, and future directions to enhance NCKU’s support for international scholars.

The gathering concluded with a buffet luncheon and a networking session, during which attendees engaged in lively conversations, exchanged ideas, and explored opportunities for future collaboration in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The luncheon provided a valuable platform to strengthen internal networks and build momentum for the coming year’s international affairs activities.
