*Note:

1. If you already are awarded the Taiwan governmental scholarship, you are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
   若你獲核台灣政府獎學金，則無資格申請該獎學金。

2. If you hold an employment status on the ARC or a work visa, you are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
   若你的居留證事由是工作或是拿工作簽證，將不具備受獎資格。

3. If your status is completely qualified to apply for the scholarship (the roster attached), please follow the instruction below to apply for the scholarship.
   若你符合申請資格(獲核獎學金名單如附件)，請遵照以下指示申請獎學金。

• Make sure if you have google account and already paid the insurance fees for the 2018 spring semester.
  請先確認你是否有google 帳號與是否已經繳交2018春季班保險費。再開始做申請。
  
  
• Go online (https://goo.gl/1ZsF2t) to fill out the application info and upload the required documents before March 30, 2018.
  於2018年3月30日前上網至 https://goo.gl/1ZsF2t 填寫申請資料與上傳必需文件。
  
  
• The required documents uploaded must be combined to one and converted to pdf file.
  上傳文件必須結合為一個檔案且轉成pdf檔。
  
  
• The uploaded file's name: NCKUDIS_Student ID no. (ex. NCKUDIS_F12345678)
  上傳檔案之檔名格式: NCKUDIS_成大學號 (如: NCKUDIS_F12345678)
