*Note:

If you already are awarded the Taiwan governmental scholarship or NCKU Merit International Students in Mathematics & Science Achievements, you are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

若你獲核台灣政府獎學金或成大優秀境外學生數理資優獎學金，則無資格申請該獎學金。

If students with an employment status on the ARC or a work visa are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

若你的居留證事由是工作或是拿工作簽證，將不具備受獎資格。

If your status is completely qualified to apply for the scholarship (the roster listed below), please prepare the application documents and the form to submit to ISAD office (1F of Yun-ping Building). Besides, complete the online info (https://goo.gl/KUAsgs). This must be done before Oct. 15, 2017.

若你符合申請資格(如下列表)，請於2017年10月15日前繳交申請文件、表格至ISAD辦公室並填妥線上資料https://goo.gl/KUAsgs。

Check if you are on the list of the roster. 檢視是否你在受獎資格名單內。
If yes, prepare the application documents (form, valid ARC, passbook of post office, receipt of insurance fee in 2017 fall semester, official Chinese transcript).

若有，備齊申請資料(申請表、期限內居留證、郵局存簿、2017秋季班保險收據、中文成績單)。

Go online (https://goo.gl/KUAsgs ) to register. 線上(https://goo.gl/KUAsgs )填寫基本資料。
Submit the form with the documents to ISAD office before Oct. 15.

於10月15日前繳交申請表與文件至ISAD辦公室。
