美國華盛頓中心「2015年保德信獎短期實習學金秋季班」短期實習計畫獎學金-二次公告

1.計畫簡介：
華盛頓中心(The Washington Center)保德信獎學金將資助20名來自巴西、中國大陸、印度、日本、韓國及臺灣至該中心修讀一學期(15週)的全球公民計畫，包含Internship、Academic course、Leadership forum等。

2.課程日期：2015年8月26日-2015年12月12日 (學生需自行確認當時段可以本校學生註冊身分赴美實習)

3.申請日期：
(1)校內初選：2015年03月27日(五)前將以下所需文件(紙本)送至國際事務處國際合作組以備進行校內初選，本校初選確定薦送名單至多5名。申請者經通知初選通過後，再於2015年4月10日(五)前上該獎學金網站填寫申請資料。後續將由華盛頓中心挑選合適學生進行面談，並決選學生參與本計畫案。申請網址：https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?EQBCT=fa183cacf05e473fac968100c6147a0f (申請時間需依校內截止時間為憑)

4.申請所需文件：
(1)本校獎學金申請資料表一份(附表1)
(2)中華民國身分證明影本一份
(3)學生證影本一份
(4)One-page Résumé (English)
(5)Statement of Professional Interest (English)
(6)500-word Issues Essay to be used as a writing sample (English)
(7)Two Letters of Recommendation(請推薦者以信封彌封並簽章)
(8)Copy of Official Academic Transcript 成績單正本中英文各一份
(9)Copy of Official English Competency Test (i.e. TOEFL 80 above or equivalent)
(10)Copy of Passport

5.申請資格：
• Enrollment in an accredited university or graduate school from one of the six selected countries(限定申請及實習時均需為本校學生身分，請學生自行確認屆時在校學籍狀況是否符合資格)
• Nationality in ROC(Taiwan)
• Grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Demonstrated interest in global community development through their academic background or community/campus involvement


6.獎學金補助內容：申請費、學費及住宿費、簽證費、健康保險費、部分機票補助，約可補助13,000美金
